What’s Included in Our-Move In/Out Cleaning

• Deep cleaning of all rooms, surfaces, and floors

• Kitchen wipe down, sanitizing and degreasing (stovetop, backsplash, exterior appliances)

• Inside refrigerator (empty only)

• Inside Microwave

• Bathroom sanitizing (toilets, tubs, showers, sinks)

• Wash baseboards, trim, doors, and fixtures

• Glass cleaning on all entry doors

• Cabinet and drawer wipe-down (empty only)

• Inside closet wipe-down

• Inside oven wipe

• Wipe light switches & outlets

• Trash removal and final touch-ups

• Windows -light spot cleaning (Obvious fingerprints on glass-not full window washing) - Full Interior window cleaning can be added on as an Add-On charge when booking.

• Wall cleaning semi gloss or gloss

• Wall cleaning for flat paint (Matte) will be light dusting only. Unless washing requested by client. (Flat paint looks great but is honestly one of the least forgiving surfaces to clean. If a wall is heavily marked, repainting is often the better solution) Please read Wall Cleaning Disclaimer.

• Wall Cleaning Disclaimer: Wall cleaning is performed with care using appropriate methods for each surface. Please note that flat/matte paint is highly sensitive and may not tolerate cleaning. Some stains, marks, or discoloration may remain. Some spots may remain, we cannot guarantee full stain, or spot removal. Please note Flat/Matte finishes may not fully clean and may show streaks or marks. We are not liable for changes to any paint finishes or pre-existing damage.

What’s Not Included

• Removal of large debris or construction clean up

• Removal of furniture or Appliances 

Full Interior window washing can be added as an add on at time of booking. If the rest of the home is light to moderate, but the oven, or refrigerator have heavy buildup or require extra attention you will need to select the add on for interior oven or interior refrigerator at time of booking.

Cleaning prices are based on Sq footage below and based on light, standard, or heavy buildup. Please see descriptions and pricing below.

We accept final payment as cash, debit cards, most major credit cards, and we also offer Afterpay, which allows you to pay in convenient installments if you prefer. You will need to email us, or call us to use Afterpay.
