Our Standard Cleaning service is designed to keep your home feeling fresh, comfortable and well maintained. This service focuses on the essential cleaning tasks throughout your home and is perfect for homes that are already in relatively good condition but need routine upkeep.

During a Standard Clean, our team focuses on the areas that experience the most daily use such as kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms. We dust surfaces, wipe and sanitize high-touch areas, clean countertops and fixtures, vacuum floors and carpets, and mop hard flooring to restore a clean and inviting environment.

This service is ideal for homeowners who want professional cleaning without the need for an intensive deep clean. It can be scheduled as a one-time cleaning or used as the starting point before beginning a recurring maintenance plan.

A Standard Clean helps maintain the overall cleanliness of your home while giving you more time to focus on the things that matter most.

This service is best for:

  • Occasional or one-time cleanings

  • Homes that are relatively tidy

  • Sellers wanting to list their home

  • Preparing your home for recurring maintenance cleaning

If your home has not been professionally cleaned in a while or requires additional attention to buildup and neglected areas, we recommend starting with a deep clean to achieve the best results.

Once your Standard clean is complete, many clients transition to routine Maintenance Cleaning to keep their home looking its best year-round at a discounted price.

 We accept final payment as cash, debit cards, most major credit cards, and we also offer Afterpay, which allows you to pay in convenient installments if you prefer. You will need to email us, or call us to use Afterpay. We also offer in-house custom payment plans with no interest due in full before services are rendered.
